What the hell is this????O.K. It's not too rare if you live in Germany or New Zeland. But to find this in the USA is pretty unusual. The Paravision SX-1 turns the CD32
into a fully blown amiga 1200 with CD-ROM, fmv (optional),extra memory, and hard drive. I had this on the CD32 so I could subtitle anime. However, the CD32 and Amiga systems are just too past their prime to be useful.
So I sold it. The amiga scene has become expensive and the incredibly complex upgrades don't make sense. The amiga scene seems dead. The only reason to support seems to be the video toaster, a graphics hardware /
software suite. That and the fact that amiga fans are among the most zealous I have ever met. Think atari fans are crazy? |
