Famicom 3D System

The Famicom 3d Goggle system connects only to the famicom. It has a special port on the side of the unit that it interfaces with.

Certain games released in the usa came with red/blue plastic 3D glasses or were made 2D.  Worldrunner 3D and other games used the system, and the basic principle is like the Sega Master System goggles.

A shutter system is timed to the video and gives a 3D effect.

Very delicate, but not very expensive, they are a very fun add on to the Famicom. Expect to pay $50-60 on a good day.

Some other systems with 3D goggles (not all mind you) :

Vectrex, Laseractive, Master System, Snes, Genesis.
